All classes are multilevel, due to the small size they can be tailored to any specific requirement.
Below is the list of classes offered, please refer to the ‘Schedule” page to see the days and times.

Mat Pilates
Pilates is a controlled exercise class, moving with focus and precision to stretch and strengthen your whole body. There are modifications to each exercise to cater to any level. We use different props each week to vary the classes. The exercises are designed for any age and ability. Please wear relatively tight, but comfortable, clothing so your movements are not hindered. Shoes are not recommended.
£12 Per Class / £50 For Five / £90 for Ten

Reformer Pilates
This class uses a piece of equipment designed by Joseph Pilates (the founder and originator). The reformer is extremely versatile as it has a movable carriage, springs, a footbar and adjustable straps. It addresses virtually every part of the body and is suitable for anyone from beginners to top athletes. Wear clothing you can move in without being too loose, and no zips or buttons please.
£20 For One / £90 For Five / £165 For Ten
Maximum 4 people per class
If you have never been on a reformer before you will need a mandatory 1 hour private intro session to familiarise yourself with the equipment, (£25). These are scheduled directly through Debbie via text or email, and are held in the middle of the day, everyday including weekends. (Not Mondays or Fridays)
Pilates Playground
This is a pilates style circuit training session not on the regular schedule. This is offered as a pop up class, or through the summer.
Some of the pilates equipment used in this fun, strength training class are, Reformer, TRX straps, Barre, Stability ball and weights. You will spend 2 minutes on each station for a total of 3 rounds. No previous experience using the equipment is necessary. You should wear comfortable clothing and preferably no shoes.
£20 per class
Maximum 5 people per class.
Private Sessions
Private reformer sessions will be custom made to your specific needs and fitness level. You will choose the day and time that works best for your schedule. You also have the choice to come on your own, or share your workout with up to 3 friends or family members.
These sessions provide a refreshing and energising workout while improving strength, muscle tone, flexibility and coordination.
£45 per person, £60 for 2 or 3 people
